How does it work?
Every year to "celebrate" my diagnosis of MS, I hold a fundraiser down at Lucky Joe's Sidewalk Saloon. The event in 2019 will be held on November 21st from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Typically, we'll have a raffle and silent auction for everyone to enjoy as well.
How it works out is like this: I invite a bunch of people to invite a bunch of people to come down to the bar, have drinks and relax. After I'm done rolling my way around the bar pouring drinks with the help of the loyal bar staff, all of proceeds raised from tips, raffle or auction at the end of shift are donated to the Northern Colorado Multiple Sclerosis Society (why MS?). I try give a little bit to the staff as well, if they want to take it, as they get worked hard by the crowd.
Over the last eighteen years we've raised just over forty seven thousand dollars in an hour and a half per year. With all that, the Northern Colorado MS Society was gracious enough to honor me as the MS Champion for 2010! All thanks to the inherent generosity of good folks!

Holy Cow!!! Not just Thank You for another fantastic year in 2019, but we have a NEW RECORD!
With your generous attendance and donations, we were able to raise another $5,568.20 for the Northern Colorado MS Society.
Over the last eighteen years, this brings us just over $53k for donations raised, all to help out those affected with this unpredictable disease.
Not bad for an hour and a half a year!

What can I do to help out?
Bring some friends downtown the Thursday before Turkey Day and help us raise funds for this debilitating disease. Hang out with folk, enjoy some good food and drink, and know your tips will be donated to the Northern Colorado Multiple Sclerosis Society to help those in our community with MS.
Unless you have a peanut allergy. Seriously. There are peanuts all over the place.
How can I help if I can't make it?
Raffle tickets will be available for pre-sale. $2 each, or three for $5.
Your hosts will be selling raffle tickets for two weeks before and at the event!
This year also, we'll be taking PayPal and Credit Cards for donations to help folks out!
What can I win for my tickets?
